JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skin Care Italian E- Commerce while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our E-Commerce Intern you will support the Italian E-commerce Store Manager in day-to-day management of our online store, helping to optimize the customer experience, maintain product content, and monitor the performance of our e-commerce channel. You will ensuring the growth and engagement of our [ comfort zone ] community through Direct Email Marketing (DEM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activations, as well as to optimize the conversion of qualified traffic by optimizing the user experience of e-commerce. You will work closely with local and global cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support the daily management and maintenance of the e-commerce platform
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and other website content
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and catalog accuracy.
• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of Direct Email Marketing (DEM) campaigns, including content preparation, audience segmentation, and performance monitoring
• Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance
• Collaborate with the Global E-commerce, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform website quality checks and report any technical or content issues
• Support projects and initiatives aimed at improving website usability and conversion performance
  

WHO YOU ARE:

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Photoshop skills are well appreciated
• Good communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and proactivity
