Digital Operations Data Analyst Intern

The Impact You'll Make

Join the Alsense Monitoring & Operations team and help turn operational data into actionable insights that improve the performance and efficiency of a cloud-based digital platform used at an international level.

In this internship, you’ll work side by side with Operations Engineers, Monitoring teams, and Service Managers, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud operations, data analytics, reporting, and process optimization.

This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to build practical experience in data-driven digital operations within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze operational and platform data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
• Support the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reports related to incidents, workloads, response times, and service performance
• Help Operations and Monitoring teams make data-driven decisions through clear insights and reporting
• Contribute to the documentation and optimization of operational procedures, manuals, onboarding flows, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data accuracy, operational visibility, and process efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Ongoing or recently completed degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in applying data analytics to digital or cloud-based operations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting/analytics tools
• Curiosity for digital services, cloud/SaaS environments, and operational metrics (KPIs, SLAs, monitoring concepts)

Compensation & Benefits

• Internship agreement: Stage Extracurriculare (6 months)
• Rembursement: €700,00 net per month
