Marketing & Business Development Intern

Yes, we are part of an international network with offices in over 20 countries, but our Luxembourg office has an entrepreneurial, agile and hands-on way of working. We are a team of around 50 people, servicing clients mainly across the Financial Services, Asset Management and Investment Funds sectors. As our office continues to grow, we are looking for someone smart, curious and operationally strong to support our Marketing & Business Development activities.

A Marketing & Business Development Intern

YOUR ROLE

You will support the Luxembourg Marketing & Business Development team on a broad range of operational, analytical and creative tasks, including:

• Creating, updating and maintaining marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, credentials, CVs and client-facing documents;
• Supporting the preparation of pitches, proposals, legal directory submissions and client development materials;
• Collecting, organising and analysing data for client targeting, business development initiatives and reporting;
• Maintaining and improving client databases, CRM information, mailing lists and internal trackers;
• Working with Excel to structure information, clean data, prepare lists, track activity and support reporting;
• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of client events, internal meetings, conferences and business development initiatives;
• Supporting social media activity, including drafting posts, preparing visuals and tracking visibility;
• Helping the team use AI and digital tools to work faster and smarter, including for research, drafting, formatting, data structuring and process improvement;
• Providing general operational support to the Luxembourg office, including meeting preparation, file management and coordination with internal teams;
• Supporting the office in meeting high standards of social and environmental performance.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a student or graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, Economics or a related field, looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;
• You are fluent in English. French is considered an asset;
• You are fast, organised and reliable — you enjoy getting things done properly and efficiently;
• You are analytical and comfortable working with data, trackers, lists and Excel
• You have strong attention to detail and can spot inconsistencies quickly;
• You are curious about AI tools and digital solutions, and you enjoy finding smarter ways of working;
• You are proactive and resourceful — when something is unclear, you ask the right questions and look for solutions;
• You are a strong communicator, able to draft clear emails, posts, short texts and marketing content;
• You are design-aware and understand that good visuals are as important as good wording;
• You are a team player and will work directly with the Luxembourg Marketing & Business Development Lead, while also interacting with lawyers and colleagues across the international network;
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and where practical execution matters.
