What is NextGen at Yokohama TWS?

At Yokohama TWS, we are launching NextGen — our new Graduate Program designed to accelerate growth and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

NextGen is different from traditional graduate programs. It is fully personalized around your talents and potential.

Over up to 48 months, you will complete up to three assignments lasting 12 to 18 months each, across different business functions and countries.

We are looking for a Communication & Brand Specialist!

The Communication & Brand Specialist role is designed for young talents who are passionate about branding, marketing communication and project management, and who aspire to grow into global marketing professionals.

The role supports the governance of the Mitas brand and contributes to the development and execution of global marketing communication initiatives. Working closely with regional marketing teams, cross-functional functions and external agencies, the candidate will progressively develop expertise in brand management, integrated communication and project coordination within an international environment.

Throughout the program, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in global communication projects, supporting the implementation of the brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency across markets, coordinating the development of marketing assets and contributing to customer-facing initiatives, events and product launches.

Responsibilities

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the implementation of the global Mitas brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning across communication activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining brand governance by ensuring consistency of visual identity, messaging and brand standards across all online and offline touchpoints.
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing communication projects, including brochures, sales tools, websites, social media assets, presentations, training materials and other marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing assets, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies through briefing, creative development, approvals, production, localization and distribution.
  • Support the organization of trade shows, customer events and sales meetings by coordinating communication materials, booth concepts and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and external partners to ensure the effective implementation of global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update internal marketing platforms, ensuring brand assets, templates, guidelines and best practices are accessible and up to date.
  • Support branded merchandising initiatives and coordinate the development of promotional materials aligned with brand standards.
  • Build effective relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers and external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.

The gross base salary range for this role is between 27.500 EUR and 33.000 EUR. The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including relevant qualifications, professional experience, role-related skills, competencies, internal equity and the approved salary structure.
