This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments globally and support the overall product marketing efforts of our innovative technology solutions.

As a Product Marketing Assistant, you will work within the HID PM team to help coordinate activities between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. You will help provide the necessary tools and infrastructure to ensure seamless collaboration across these functions.

IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services.

As our Product Marketing Assistant , you’ll support HID’s success by:

• Contribute to the development of product datasheets, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral, in in collaboration with PM and Marcom.
• Prepare presentation slides for both internal and external audiences, maintaining up-to-date information.
• Assist in implementing activities related to HID’s partner program, including price lists, newsletters, partner events, etc., in collaboration with the Marcom and Product Management teams.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal reporting tools, such as financial reports and dashboards.
• Help maintain and update data for all platforms.
• Create and maintain internal training with PowerPoint and AI tools such as Synthesia.
• Assist product marketing leadership in their daily tasks.

Education And/or Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (work language is English).
• Knowledge of additional languages (such as French) is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and international standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows).
• Detail-oriented and rigorous in completing tasks. Quick learner.
• Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical and financial data.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Copilot, Adobe CS or similar platforms is a plus.
