The Young Graduate Program is a two-year journey developed by Q8 in partnership with Ormit Talent, a specialist in developing young professionals into future leaders. While you gain hands-on experience at Q8 through strategic projects and rotations across different business areas, Ormit Talent supports your growth with personal coaching, leadership training and a tailored development program.
Together, you'll build a strong foundation for your career, accelerate your development and prepare for your next step as a future leader within Q8.
What You Will Do
Over the course of two years, you'll complete three assignments of eight months each. Every assignment brings new challenges, broader responsibilities and a deeper understanding of the business.
You start in your mentor's department and learn how Q8 operates. You'll gain insight into the business model, key stakeholders and commercial ecosystem while building a strong internal network.
In your second assignment, you join a new department where you'll contribute from day one. You analyse opportunities, improve processes and bring fresh perspectives to business challenges. Your ideas help shape meaningful change.
Your final assignment focuses on a strategic transformation project. You'll work with different stakeholders, build support for change and take ownership of initiatives that move the business forward. Along the way, you'll develop the leadership skills needed for your next career step.
Throughout the program, you'll gain experience across different parts of the business.
Discover where Q8 connects with its customers. You'll gain experience in sales, marketing, retail operations and partnerships with brands such as Delhaize, Starbucks and Panos. You'll learn how Q8 creates a strong customer experience and continues to grow its retail network.
Understand how financial insights and procurement decisions drive business performance. You'll discover how investment decisions are made and how they support Q8's long-term strategy.
Help shape the future of Q8. You'll contribute to digital transformation, technology initiatives and projects that support the transition towards smarter mobility and sustainable energy solutions.
By the end of the program, you'll understand the business from multiple perspectives and have contributed to projects that make a real impact.
