You'll make an impact by

  • You support the Siemens Xcelerator program management by taking on organizational and coordinative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Building on this, you assist in managing the information flow and facilitating internal communications, so that all stakeholders are always up to date
  • Additionally, you contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives by supporting OKR processes and helping to track progress towards program goals
  • In this context, you proactively engage with team members, gather relevant data, and help prepare presentations and reports

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in management, business administration, communications or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have a basic understanding of (agile) project management
    • You are familiar with organizational and coordinatory tasks
    • You have first experience with supporting information flow and communication in a professional environment
  • Ways of Working: You are well organized and demonstrate strong professional communication skills
  • Languages: You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
