Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while supporting hiring activities for our manufacturing site, with a primary focus on blue-collar positions. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR team, you will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process for blue-collar and entry-level positions;
• Screen CVs and pre-select candidates based on job requirements;
• Contact candidates by phone to conduct initial screening interviews and schedule interviews;
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels;
• Assist with organizing recruitment events, job fairs and hiring campaigns;
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment documentation;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Provide administrative support for various HR and recruitment activities when needed.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• English at an intermediate level or above;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
