As our Student Associate, Strategic Partnerships, Group Digital and IT, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution and governance of our strategic partnerships, helping ensure alignment, structure, and follow-through across key initiatives.
Your impact? You will enable more effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring meetings are well-prepared, actions are followed up, and governance processes are consistently applied. Your work will directly support decision-making, improve coordination, and help move strategic initiatives forward.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, taking ownership of coordination, follow-up, and presentation support—helping us operate in a more structured, efficient, and professional way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up
- Track and drive follow-up on actions and decisions to ensure progress across key initiatives
- Support governance processes by maintaining structure, documentation, and reporting across partnerships
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership meetings and partner engagements
- Support data-related tasks in LeanIX, including follow-up on data quality, running surveys, and testing new functionality
- Support ad hoc analyses, research, and tasks as the role evolves
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field with at least two years left of your degree. Beyond your studies, we imagine you bring
- A strong interest in technology, digital transformation, strategy and strategic partnerships
- Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is an advantage
