๐ Berlin | Internship | Office-first
The Partnerships team at SumUp is on an ambitious journey: increasing its contribution from 10% to 20% of EU net revenue through a high-impact network of partners across acquisition, growth, and business development. Achieving that goal requires operational excellenceโand Sales Operations sits at the heart of it all.
From maintaining Salesforce data integrity and producing performance insights to supporting business reviews and managing commission calculations, Sales Operations enables the Partnerships team to operate efficiently, make informed decisions, and stay focused on growth.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced commercial organization. Rather than observing from the sidelines, you'll take ownership of key recurring processes, prepare business performance updates, and play a direct role in helping the team achieve its objectives. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to understand how high-performing sales organizations operate at scale, this role is an excellent place to start.
