Today, we manage over 4,300 bedrooms across Brussels, New York, Paris, Madrid, London, Milan, and beyond, and we're looking for a Sales Intern to join our European team this July.
🌍 What you'll do:
• Drive occupancy across Madrid, Milan, and London
• Manage inbound leads and guide prospects from first contact to lease signature
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and fill rates
• Collaborate with Marketing to generate and convert qualified leads
• Support the development of local partnerships and acquisition channels
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to move-in
• Travel between Madrid, Milan, and London to gain hands-on exposure to our different markets, teams, and communities
💡 What we're looking for:
• A strong commercial mindset and interest in sales and negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and data-driven thinking
• A proactive, reliable, and entrepreneurial attitude
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English and French (Spanish and/or Italian are a strong plus)
• Someone looking for an end-of-studies internship with real ownership and responsibility
