We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our talent sourcing efforts and grow with our team at Serco.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support active recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates across multiple platforms and talent channels.
- Assist in increasing application volumes for open vacancies through targeted outreach campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and recruitment promotion activities.
- Help plan, coordinate, and participate in both online and offline career events, job fairs, and networking opportunities, representing the company when required.
- Contribute new ideas and initiatives aimed at strengthening talent attraction, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in building, maintaining, and organizing talent pools to ensure candidate databases remain structured, up-to-date, and readily accessible for future hiring needs.
- Support the preparation of monthly talent sourcing reports and analytics to help measure team performance and recruitment effectiveness.
Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Creative and innovation-oriented mindset, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and contribute to talent attraction initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, and people-related processes.
