Holidu is one of the world’s fastest-growing vacation rental technology companies. Our mission is to make booking and hosting holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy, by helping hosts generate more bookings with less work and helping guests find a holiday home they truly enjoy. Our team of 700 colleagues from 60+ nations shares a passion for tech, an ambition for constant improvement, and a relentless drive to bring the best experience to more than 40k vacation rental hosts and 4 million annual guests.

Your future team

You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 24 people. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, we are huge foodies and are also always keen on spending time together in our free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to sports activities, we're open to any kind of activity!

We're looking for a working student to start ideally in September/October 2026 at our Headquarters in Munich.

Your role in this journey

• Support our recruiting process and take care of your own job openings (job postings, active sourcing, conducting interviews, applicant management).
• Ensure the talent pool is managed and organized to maintain strong alignment with current and future hiring needs.
• Support other Talent & Organization functions if necessary.

Your backpack is filled with

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or Economics.
• Previous experiences in Recruiting and Human Resources are a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Independent and reliable working method.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Open and enthusiastic about communicating with people.
• Excellent English skills; any other European language skills are a plus.
