R&D Innovation Intern

JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Research&Development (R&D) Innovation Intern while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our R&D Innovation Intern, you will create excellent formulas in terms of functional and sensorial performance, complying with the constraints of manufacturability, cost and safety.

What You Will Do

• Research of new raw materials, ingredients and technology to promote innovation
• Investigate and summarize state of the art research on specific skin and ingredients topics
• Develop new and natural-based formulations utilizing in-depth knowledge of chemical Ingredients and processes that meets the desired specification for efficacy and pleasantness;
• Perform and monitor stability, utilizing approved stability protocol, and identify any corrective and qualitative-quantitative variations in accordance with the expected quality standards;
• Knowledge of raw materials documentation
• Defines the specifications of products collaborating with other departments;
• Contribution to innovative ideas, expertise, knowledge, experiences with strong team spirit, and pride in organization’s contribution to the company.
  

Who You Are

• Educational qualification in Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields
• Knowledge of Skincare cosmetic formulation;
• Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks;
• Organizational and priority management skills;
• Interpersonal communication and relational competences;
• Strong flexible, precise and proactive attitude;
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Software (Especially Excel);
• English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  

Previous experience in a similar role or post-graduate programs related to this professional area will be considered as plus.
