Go to Market Internship

We are looking for a GTM intern that wants to supercharge the start of their career at the intersection of AI and global business. This is not an internship where you sit on the sidelines; at Redpine, you will work directly with our founding team (ex-McKinsey, VC, Spotify) to build the partnerships that power the next generation of AI models. You will be in the engine room of a high-growth startup, owning the commercial pipeline end to end: identifying high-value data owners, running outreach, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities

• Partner Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identify key decision-makers and find creative ways to open doors and secure meetings with potential data partners.
• Deal Progress: Work alongside the founders to drive momentum in the partnership pipeline, running conversations, following up, and pushing deals forward from first contact to close, with support from team.
• Market Intelligence: Research and map global data landscapes to uncover high-value opportunities and hidden gems in sectors like science, media, finance, and more.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Support the wider team with strategic initiatives and administrative tasks to remove friction and accelerate deal flow.

Qualifications

• Strong track record: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, or similar field, who has consistently performed at a high level in academics or extracurriculars.
• Strong communicator: You have excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for senior stakeholders.
• Agile fast learner: You grasp technical and commercial concepts quickly, have a genuine interest in AI, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience is a plus: Previous work in high-growth startups, GTM, VC - or knowledge of sectors like media, legal finance, or healthcare - is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Most important of all, you are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is willing to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done, no matter the task. Strong bias for action.
