Your role

• Invoice processing according to law regulations within EMEA region into QAD or SAP system;
• Dealing with complication in creation of goods receipt/booking of invoices;
• Control over accuracy of financial postings, correcting errors and clearing of open positions on suppliers’ accounts;
• Performing daily tasks and other activities according to the Standard Operational Procedures;
• Ensuring positive working environment and atmosphere with co-workers.

Your background

• Student status;
• Availability of minimum 20h per week;
• Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel);
• Good command of English language;
• Good communication skills;
• Good analytical skills;
