Mission
As the leader of autonomous vehicle solutions in industry and aviation, TractEasy is successfully and rapidly growing its business in the EMEA region. To match the needs for internal operations, business development and support, we are looking for a talented and motivated Operations Intern (m / f / d) in our office in Berlin.
As part of our global Operations team, you’ll jump in as an Operations Intern and help us build, run, and improve the engine behind everything we do. You’ll support process design, execution, and monitoring - while also jumping into live projects wherever help is needed. We’re growing fast - so strong, scalable processes are key to delivering great products and experiences to our customers. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for someone hands-on, curious, and eager to learn - ready to get exposure across operations, project and sales support.

Activities
In this role, you will:
- Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core operational processes
- Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, purchasing, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Assist with day-to-day order processing, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and on-time execution of orders and shipments
- Help monitor key operational and logistics KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, lead times, purchasing timelines) and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to scaling our sales operations by strengthening purchasing and logistics processes as we expand across markets

Your profile

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- Strong interest in operations, process-foundations, and how companies scale
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Curious and eager to learn across different domains (ops, product, sales)
- Team player who can also take ownership of tasks independently
- Experience in automotive, robotic or similar industries is a big plus
Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Proactive with a strong customer and team focus, as well as a passion for service excellence
- Able to work independently, self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a multinational environment
Language skills
- Business fluent (written and spoken) English
