What we’re looking for

We’re searching for a Operations Intern who’s curious, tech-driven, and eager to learn how modern businesses work in a fast-paced startup environment. If you love solving problems, optimizing processes, and exploring how technology can reshape the future of work, keep reading.

What you’ll do

As an Operations intern, you will be providing support in the following areas:

• Operations: Supporting hands-on project management, external benchmarking, and internal communications. Assisting with the rollout of AI initiatives across the company.
• Finance: Assisting with billing and invoicing procedures, managing documentation, and maintaining data within internal financial tools.
• IT: Managing IT inventory for onboarding and offboarding. Serving as the main point of contact for team technical support.
• Talent: Supporting the HRBP with talent initiatives, including eNPS tracking and the preparation of training materials.

What we expect from you

• Studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Sociology, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong curiosity and proactive mindset.
• Real interest in innovation and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and ownership of your work.
• High level of Spanish and English (C1).
• Confident using digital tools like Google Suite, Excel, Notion, etc.
• No previous experience needed, just motivation and drive.
