What You Will Do

Brand Team Support

  • ·Assist the brand team with order management and coordination across collections
  • Help prepare monthly brand meetings including KPI tracking and performance follow-up
  • Support the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns

Traffic & Affiliate Management

  • Assist in managing retargeting campaigns within the traffic team
  • Handle affiliate program operations and day-to-day coordination
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities and ensure KPIs are met
  • Create paid media creatives using Figma and Canva aligned with brand guidelines

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly reports on key metrics using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, social media insights)
  • Track and report KPIs for brand and traffic initiatives
  • ·Assist in A/B testing and optimisation experiments to improve campaign effectiveness

Offer details:

  • Location: Barcelona
  • 25h/week
  • 6 months
  • Monthly internship allowance of €1,006

Who You Are

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Digital Business, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Able to commit to 25 hours per week, compatible with your academic schedule
  • Able to formalise the internship via an official agreement between your university and the company, for 6 months
  • Creative and comfortable with design tools — Figma and/or Canva experience is a plus
  • Organised, proactive, curious, and a natural team player
  • Good level of English and Spanish
