We leverage cutting-edge digital tools, primarily our Learning Management System (LMS), to deliver and track comprehensive eLearning experiences.
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Retail Training Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our digital learning ecosystem, exploring and defining novel workflows that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance both content innovation and process efficiency. The intern will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of retail training topics, from intricate product knowledge to critical environmental awareness.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for digital learning, AI, and luxury retail, eager to develop practical skills within a renowned international luxury Maison.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development of a pioneering eLearning content creation process, significantly amplified by generative AI tools;
- Assist in the finalization and launch of key digital training modules for Retail teams, ensuring seamless integration into our LMS for new hires;
- Support the creation of eLearning content using dedicated authoring tools and assist with the launch of new eLearning programs in our LMS including the design of onboarding and engagement plans.
- Optimize the utilization of our new translation platform through the strategic creation of specific language glossaries, ensuring high-quality localized content in over 10 languages;
- Participate in a comparative analysis of various AI engines, assessing conversation effectiveness and answer reliability.
- Participate in the design of AI-driven Retail projects focused on maximizing training impact and optimizing client interaction by minimizing back-office tasks.
- Monitor the training program across various Zones, including the development of dashboards and reports.
Profile
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital learning, and luxury retail.
- Proficiency in defining the core components of a hybrid learning experience, strategically designed by human intelligence and enhanced by Artificial Intelligence.
- Ability to design digital content adaptable to diverse formats, media, and user needs within a luxury context.
- Enhanced ability to collaborate effectively within an international corporate environment, interacting with numerous teams across headquarters and worldwide subsidiaries.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Learning Technologies, Digital Education, Communication, Marketing, Computer Science).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
