These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
As a Forecasting & Automation Intern within the Workforce Management (WFM) team, you will play a key role in accelerating our roadmap towards forecasting excellence and process automation. Your work will help reduce manual workload, improve forecasting accuracy, and create more time for value-added analysis. You will:
- Support the development and optimization of forecasting models, analyses, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate forecasting activities, data preparation, and reporting workflows.
- Explore and develop AI-driven use cases that enhance forecasting quality, productivity, and decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for forecast improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights.
- Partner with WFM analysts and business stakeholders to challenge existing forecasting approaches and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, standardizing methodologies, and reducing manual effort.
- Research and test new tools, technologies, and automation solutions that can increase efficiency across the forecasting cycle.
- Assist in translating business requirements into practical analytical and automation solutions.

- Enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into actionable insights.
- Has strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, or automation tools is a plus.
- Is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
