Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Vestacy! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our sales organisation, you'll learn about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the tracking of the 4P guidelines (Presence, Positioning, Promotion, Price) by channel
  • Analysis of sell out data (“Nielsen” database) and identification of mind gap versus brand plan
  • Interaction with Sales and Marketing functions
  • Implementation and evaluation of launch plans and category projects
  • Monitoring of Sales KPIs; creation of presentations for the sales force
  • Management of communications flow to the sales force
  • Relationship with communication agencies

The experience we're looking for

  • MSc Degree in Economics or simila
  • Fluency in English
  • Excel skills
