Around 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are produced using ZEISS technologies. Your role

• Support a Senior Manager in the implementation of strategic programs
• Develop and present solutions for complex business challenges
• Take ownership of your own topics/analyses and drive them forward together with relevant subject-matter experts
• Learn, adapt and apply tools and methodologies commonly used in strategy consulting
• Collaborate closely with the management team of the Semiconductor Mask Solutions business unit
• Receive mentoring from experienced colleagues and former top-tier strategy consultants (ex-MBB), take on responsibility, and gain in-depth insights into the Semiconductor Mask Solutions business

Your profile

• You are enrolled in a university degree program, ideally in a technical and/or business-related field, and have an excellent academic track record
• Ideally, you have initial experience in delivering strategic projects, e.g. from previous internships in a strategy department or top-management consulting
• You bring strong analytical skills and a high degree of executional drive
• You have strong creative potential and work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
• You are motivated to work in a highly dynamic team environment
• You have good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You have business-fluent German and English language skills
