Internship Product Management

Are you passionate about the world of Red Bull and their Football, Motorsports and Culture projects? We are looking for a highly engaged and motivated intern who will support our apparel & accessories Product Management team working on projects such as RB Leipzig, Red Bull Racing, Red Bull KTM etc. In this exciting internship, you’ll support the team across the full creation process from market analysis to range briefing all the way through to the handover to the sales teams.

Join us in September 2026 for a period of six months to gain deep insights into the world of product management as well as the product creation process.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PRODUCT CREATION PROCESS

You’ll be involved in all steps of the product creation process from briefing design to sample fitting & feedback all the way through to delivering content and copy input to our marketing and eCommerce teams. You’ll also work with numbers and deliver market and competitor analyses for different projects and geographies.

ADMIN AND COORDINATION

Your area of responsibility will also involve maintaining collection files and price lists as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor focused on product, textiles, international business or similar; Previous internship experience a plus.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Interest in Product Management (Apparel & Accessories).
• Passion for football/teamsports/motorsports/sporting events.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.221,00 gross per month.
