In this role, you will contribute to the development of public market investment vehicles across Europe, including our global fund range based in Luxembourg. The team covers the full product lifecycle—from idea generation to market launch—and collaborates closely with Distribution, Investments, and Operations teams. You will work in an international environment with colleagues in Frankfurt, London, and Paris, gaining exposure to capital markets, financial instruments, client needs, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Manage and update the global product database independently
  • Prepare internal presentations for product-related meetings
  • Conduct market analysis and prepare relevant reports
  • Maintain and update product-related templates
  • Contribute to innovation and ideation initiatives within the team
  • Support product developers in project management tasks across the development lifecycle
  • Support ETF capital market setup, including pre-trade analysis and monitoring of authorized participants and market makers
  • Assist in monitoring creation and redemption activities as well as basket accuracy
  • Prepare recurring capital markets reporting, including activity summaries, spread analysis, and liquidity monitoring.

What You Bring

  • Advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong interest in asset management; prior experience in the investment industry is a plus
  • Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Confidence in working independently and collaboratively in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Very good English skills; German language skills are an advantage
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or LSEG Workspace is a plus
  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic and collaborative international working environment
  • Exposure to the full lifecycle of investment product development
  • Opportunities to gain hands-on experience in capital markets and asset management
  • Learning and development opportunities within a global organization
  • A supportive team culture focused on innovation and professional growth.
