The Impact You'll Make

As our Procurement Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Procurement Excellence and Category Management teams. Your work will help ensure efficient procurement processes, accurate data management, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Your impact? By supporting reporting, data analysis, supplier information management, and stakeholder coordination, you will contribute to improving procurement performance and enabling better business decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Procurement Excellence, Category Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience in a global and dynamic procurement environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support procurement reporting and data analysis by maintaining Excel files, preparing dashboards, and generating insights for the team.
  • Create presentations, meeting summaries, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update procurement-related information in SAP, including supplier and pricing data.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and Procurement Excellence teams to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders while helping track actions, deadlines, and procurement documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 6-month internship.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in working with data.
  • Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new tools and procurement processes.
