To support our Legal Team in Zola Predosa (Bologna)we are looking for a motivated Intern-Legal

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Analysis of a variety of legal issues, including carrying out research on new regulations
• Updates of the websites terms when required (privacy policy, terms and conditions of sales etc.)
• Support the Customer Care team to handle consumers’ claims, assist in pre-litigation and small claim litigations, support in drafting and reviewing letters and warnings to resolve consumer disputes
• Update of standard contract templates
• Assistance in drafting and advising on simple legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements and termination letters
• Facilitating contract signatures with internal and external parties and general contract management
• Support with admin tasks when required, such as managing invoices

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree in Italian law with excellent grades
• Excellent Italian and English (verbal and written)
• Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Enthusiasm and willingness for the role and the tasks required and ability to take initiative
• Interest in e-commerce, consumer law, data protection, commercial law
