Help shape the future of HR through technology. As an Intern, HR Transformation (m/f/d), you will support digital HR initiatives that enhance processes, improve data quality, and drive automation across a global organization. Working closely with experienced HR and technology professionals, you will gain hands-on experience with leading HR systems, contribute to international projects, and explore innovative solutions that transform the employee experience.

During your 6-months internship, you will gain practical insights into SAP SuccessFactors, HR process design and automation, global HR operations and governance, and the growing impact of AI-driven technologies on the future of work.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Document HR processes, system procedures, and user guides.
• Support HR digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Participate in HR system projects, UAT activities, and process improvement.
• Help prepare communication and training materials for new HR system features.Perform HR data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.

Show Your Expertise

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or related field
• Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
