About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR Manager in functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in a dynamic organization, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining HR tracking sheets (recruitment, leave, and new hires).
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to HR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on STEM, Wellbeing and Learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently in second year of an HR Business Degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
