At Lumina, we are building the application layer for autonomous agents orchestrating network operations across large-scale infrastructure systems, with a current focus on EV charging networks.
EV charging infrastructure today is still heavily manual and fragmented. Operators rely on disconnected systems and reactive workflows. At Lumina, we build software that continuously interprets operational data, detects issues, and triggers automated resolution through AI-driven workflows.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our team for 3–6 months starting Fall 2026.
About Lumina
Lumina builds AI-driven operational software for infrastructure operators. EV charging is our primary focus today, but our underlying platform is designed to extend into other hardware-intensive industries over time.
Our system continuously monitors assets, detects issues, and triggers resolution workflows using a combination of machine learning, automation, and AI agents. From monitoring and detection logic, to workflows and integrations, everything is configurable by the operations teams that use the service.
The result is reduced manual effort and faster resolution across complex operational environments. We work with customers such as Spirii, Q8 and Audi across Europe and are expanding internationally.
You will be joining a team of 9 people at our office in Frederiksberg.
The role
This is a hands-on growth role focused on creating conversation, building community, and shaping narratives in a complex technical industry.
You will work closely with the founders and commercial team to help define how Lumina shows up in the world. The work sits at the intersection of storytelling, ecosystem building, and early-stage growth, where clarity of narrative and trust in the space matter as much as traditional marketing execution.
The goal is to help make complex systems understandable, and to contribute to how the energy ecosystem talk about the shift toward AI-driven infrastructure operations.
This is not a traditional marketing role centered on campaigns or funnel mechanics. It is about shaping perception in a category that is still forming.
Who You Might Be
You are studying communication, marketing, media, business or something related.
You are comfortable working with ideas, people and narratives that are still forming rather than fully defined.
You are curious about how complex systems work, especially where software meets physical infrastructure. You enjoy the tech landscape and see B2B as an interesting space.
You do not need prior experience in EV charging, energy or AI. What matters is your ability to be curious, communicate simply, and try out fun & emerging ideas.
You are motivated by seeing wild growth, new opportunities and the early-stage environment.
What You Get
Practical details
The internship can be arranged in accordance with university requirements and guidelines.
