The finance department at Mantu is dedicated to ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the company. As a Group Controlling Analyst Intern, you will contribute to the financial oversight of all activities across the group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting.
Your missions
- Review the monthly financial statements provided by all the activities of the group; discuss and challenge the performance with financial interlocutors.
- Provide timely synthesis of the group’s global financial performance, including qualitative comments for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Mantu Board.
- Ensure global accuracy of financial statements by checking key reliability indicators (intercompany reconciliation, shared services reinvoicing, analytical allocations, etc.).
- Oversee internal controls to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative ad hoc analyses to address specific business performance questions.
Your profile
- Master’s level in Controlling, Finance or related fields.
- Previous experience in Controlling or Audit is a strong asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach.
