Founder's Associate Intern

Your Main Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers, partners, suppliers, and investors
• Work directly with founders on high-priority initiatives
• Conduct market analyses, competitive research, and strategic assessments
• Analyse market trends and investment activity within the space sector
• Drive operational improvement projects across teams
• Support implementation of internal tools and workflows

Your Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics, Aerospace, Physics, Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• High degree of ownership and self-motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferred previous experience in a fast past environment such as startup, consulting, or venture capital
• Additional German language skills preferred
