Job Purpose

Data & Insights Digitalization Intern will help improve data-driven decision-making within the SE Europe cluster by building digital reporting & tracking capabilities and also bringing efficiency to daily life of demand roles mainly category and RGM for long term so that organizational resources can use their time for customer facing conversations or growth driven initiatives. Moreover intern will perform few one off deep dive analysis which will help understanding several critical SRM topics to support our strategic perspective.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Digitalization:

  • Improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and adoption of the RSP tool by identifying enhancement opportunities, implementing them, and establishing ongoing communication and governance processes.
  • Building distribution tracking tool in Power BI with enhanced specialties & aligning it with the regional expectations and local needs.
  • Building Innovation tracking tool in Power BI by understanding needs of the organization and related forums to be able to get insights and performance of innovations quickly.
  • Evaluation and assessment of AI driven planograming solution and managing transition of the solution.
  • Assessment and development of AI driven external market performance analysis & insights.

Deep Dive Analysis:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of pricing performance in 2022–2026 across Choco and Gum categories, identify key drivers, patterns and choices and translate findings into practical guidebook for SRM and Sales teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Digital savvy, strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of commercial KPIs (Sell-In, Sell-Out, market share) is preferred.
  • Ability to work with numbers and large datasets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Strong command of the English language is required.
