THE VENUE

LXfábricas is the most iconic, versatile, and vibrant event venues in the creative heart of Lisbon. With a business model focused on dynamically activating unique industrial spaces—such as Sala XL and Sala L—we host everything from major international corporate conferences (MICE) and global brand activations to concerts, exhibitions, fairs and cultural festivals.

Our business is built on turning square meters into memorable experiences and making our work come alive both inside and outside the physical space. We are looking for a creative and strategic mind to elevate the visual narrative of our venues.

About The Role

The main goal of this internship is to design and implement an Integrated Communication Strategy (National and International) focused on our venue management, mastering the narrative from start to finish:

• Event Lifecycle Communication (Before, During, and After): Design the strategy and content flow for key milestones. How do we document the moment in real-time, build anticipation beforehand, and extend the physical experience into the digital space after the event?
• Visual Narrative and Storytelling: Leverage skills in communication design, brand identity, and concept development to create a strong, cohesive communication line for both the B2B corporate market and the cultural sector.
• Media & Social Media Strategy: Map out and drive the right channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital platforms) to attract corporate decision-makers, international agencies, and the cultural community.
• Multilingual Content Creation: Produce high-impact visual and written content tailored to each medium, in both Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree (or currently studying) in Communication Design, Brand Design (Branding), Strategic Marketing, Cultural Management, or related fields.
• A genuine passion for culture and how events come alive through communication.
• A strong eye for Visual Storytelling, concept development, and brand identity.
• Enthusiasm and agility in creating dynamic content for social media channels.
• Proactive, autonomous profile with the analytical mindset needed to approach venue management as a unique business model.
