Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities)

• Support the management of clients, partners, and strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams;
• Collaborate in the onboarding processes of new clients, partners, services, and company initiatives/projects, preparing materials and ensuring a personalized experience;
• Monitor satisfaction, usage, risk, and operational procedure indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring product adoption;
• Track initiative timelines and status, reporting risks or challenges that may impact solution adoption;
• Prepare presentations, reports, and onboarding manuals to support strategic decision-making;
• Act as a liaison between the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams, organizing ticket workflows, collecting and organizing operational feedback, and prioritizing improvements according to their impact on operations and ongoing projects;
• Gather and organize relevant department documentation and information, ensuring they are easily accessible.

Requirements

• Academic background in Management;
• Eligible for IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (optional);
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills;
• Interest in technology, innovation, logistics, and continuous improvement;
• Interest in Customer Success and client relationships;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
• Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team;
• Enjoy challenges that contribute to product innovation;
• Immediate availability.
