What This Role Is About

The Sales Acceleration team is the operational backbone of Infobip’s commercial organization. We work behind the scenes to make sure sales, customer growth, and partner teams can focus on what they do best: growing revenue and delivering value to customers.

This team sits at the intersection of sales, operations, data and AI enabled tooling. If you want to truly understand how B2B tech sales works - from lead to live customer- this is one of the best entry points in the company.

What You’ll Do

This internship is about learning how modern, AI enabled commercial organizations operate.

You Will

  • Master CRM system used daily by Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Growth teams to manage complex, high-value pipelines
  • Support customer onboarding process, gaining end- to- end visibility into how deals turn into active, revenue generating customers
  • Work with AI supported workflows and data processes that improve sales efficiency and decision making
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Partnership, Finance, and Technical teams- building the commercial and communication skills needed for customer facing roles
  • Ensure data accuracy and operational excellence, learning why clean data is critical for forecasting, reporting, and scaling sales organizations

    Timeline

    • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
    • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
    • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
    • Start of internship program (July 6th)
    • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
    • Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
    • End of the Internship program (January)
