General duties at iTero Business Operations Intern position includes purchase contract verification, order entry, services order management, returns sales orders and coordination, credit request handling and customer master data as per assigned tasks for iTero business part.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders are processed effectively according to SLAs,
  • Order backlog management,
  • Verification of purchase contracts and purchase orders,
  • Entering sales orders in SAP and other systems for new products, RMAs and ongoing services,
  • Ensuring customer master data for iTero customers is accurate in CRM and ERP systems,
  • Ensure departmental SOPs and WIs are up to date and adhered to,
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures,
  • Report all unsafe activities to superior and/or Human Resources,
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals,
  • Perform other duties as assigned,
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Graduate or university student (preferred),
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (at least B2 level) and able to work in a team environment,
  • Ability to communicate via written and verbal communication via tickets, emails, phone,
  • To be detailed oriented, a quick learner, and well-organized with great time management skills,
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
