Operations Analytics Intern

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Operational Monitoring area by contributing to the development of operational dashboards, data analysis, and insight generation that inform service oversight and decision-making.
• Support the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to identify patterns, deviations, and trends.
• Contribute to the definition and refinement of operational metrics and KPIs.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality and structure.
• Support post-incident analysis, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related Engineering field.
• Genuine interest in data, analytics, and operational processes.
• Working knowledge of (or strong motivation to develop skills in) Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Foundational understanding of database concepts, with knowledge of SQL considered an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy.
