About The Role

As a Marketing Intern (Social), you will join a fast‑growing and dynamic marketing team at Versuni, working closely with the Global Coffee team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping and executing global marketing strategies, supporting creative campaigns, and developing impactful work that will be seen by consumers around the world. This internship offers hands-on experience within an international marketing organization, while giving you the opportunity to apply and grow your creative and strategic skill set.

You will collaborate with passionate experts, gain exposure to global brand building, and learn how marketing drives business impact at scale. Coffee is one of the most exciting and fastest evolving consumer categories today a market driven by innovation, premiumization, and personal expression. The appliances we create are part of millions of daily rituals, offering moments of enjoyment, connection, and reflection. In this role, you will help fuel the growth and repositioning of one of our most exciting innovations, contributing to how people around the world experience coffee every day.

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office)

Type: Non-thesis internship (we are not able to support you with a thesis assignment)

Duration: min 6 months, preferably up to 12 months

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Expected Start Date: March 2026

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Understanding consumer research and consumer strategy
  • Supporting Marketing Strategy from inception to the execution
  • Supporting the creation of communication material
  • Help drive our new social first strategy – affinity with social strategies, social media, paid/owned/earned strategies, CRM, etc
  • Supporting in asset production and toolkit creation
  • Assisting in internal presentations

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Business (International) Management, Marketing, Marketing Communication or Communication & Media.
  • Able to create and present PowerPoint presentations and performing basic analysis in Excel
  • An original thinker who combines a healthy dose of creativity with analytical capabilities.
  • Able to approach and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Should have great attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, strong in oral and written.
