Posizione:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
- Respond to and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office equipment.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory records.
- Collaborate with external vendors when required.
- Support IT projects, including hardware rollouts, office openings, and technology upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.
Requisiti:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused mindset.
- Good English (written and spoken) and Italian.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Interest in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
