Time Commitment: minimum 3 days per week, 4 days preferred (starting September 2026)
Are you passionate about finance, climate impact, and using AI to make sales processes smarter and faster? Carbon Equity is looking for a highly motivated Commercial Working Student — AI & Outbound Automation to support our Investor Relations team. In this role, you'll help us automate and scale our outbound sales efforts using AI tools and agents, while also gaining hands-on experience in investor relations, sales, and marketing at a fast-growing investment platform.

What You Bring
✅ You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
✅ Given the AI-automation focus of this role, we're specifically looking for someone who is already comfortable working with Claude (or a similar AI assistant) at an advanced level
✅ You're curious about (or already experimenting with) AI agents and automation, and enjoy figuring out how to make a process faster or smarter
✅ You have an affinity for finance & investing, and a strong interest in climate impact
✅ You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ You have experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus!)
✅ You're proactive, hands-on, critical of AI output rather than just trusting it, and eager to learn from a dynamic, high-energy team
✅ You're fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
