What we should tell you about the role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who thrives on writing, testing ideas fast, and turning ambiguity into content and campaigns that actually work. You’re the kind of person who spots a messaging gap or growth opportunity, tests something quickly, and doesn’t wait around for permission to try.

This is a part-time role designed to fit alongside your studies. You set the number of hours you work each week, as long as you deliver on the outcomes.

Your mission: Help build and run Filed’s marketing engine, from customer-facing content to performance ads to the AI-and-automation systems behind our outbound.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to write copy, launch campaigns, and connect the tools that keep our outbound running without anyone babysitting it. You won’t just execute a content calendar. You’ll help build the systems that make the whole function faster.

  • We operate week to week with ruthless speed. Sometimes we’re going in the wrong direction, but more times than not we’re going in the right direction.
  • If you need a few extra days to polish a piece of copy, chances are it already needed to ship yesterday.
  • We test messaging, ads, and automations fast, often live.
  • You’ll be operating at the intersection of content, growth, and product marketing, with no clean lines between them.
  • There are no clear answers. Just judgment calls, ambiguity, and constant input from every direction.
  • You’ll ask yourself, is this really the work? It is. And it’s not for everyone.

The teammate we’re looking for:

  • Writes clearly and persuasively in English, and enjoys it
  • Moves seamlessly between writing copy, launching campaigns, and iterating quickly
  • Excited by the challenge of making marketing systems run on their own
  • No lone wolves. We need a collaborative operator
  • Big bonus if you have experience implementing automation or AI agents in a work environment

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Write customer-facing content in English: website copy, case studies, sales enablement, outbound messages
  • Help run performance ads and LinkedIn ads, from setup to spend management
  • Support product marketing by translating what we ship into language a CPA firm partner or CFO cares about
  • Build and maintain AI-and-automation workflows connecting tools like Clay, HeyReach, and LinkedIn/Meta ads
  • Contribute to our web presence in Webflow

Your hard skillset:

  • Currently enrolled at a prestigious university studying marketing, preferably with strong academic performance (Berghs, SSE, Hyper Island)
  • Based in Stockholm
  • Experience writing customer-facing content in English. This one’s non-negotiable
  • Some background in growth marketing: you’ve run or helped run performance or LinkedIn ad campaigns before
  • Some product marketing experience: you’ve worked on positioning or messaging for a product, not just campaigns
  • B2B tech experience, ideally
  • Proficient with workplace AI tools and automations (Clay, HeyReach, Claude, or similar), with demonstrated hands-on experience
  • At least one creative forte: design, animation, video production, or on-camera work
  • Strong professional references

Your soft skillset:

  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and making calls with incomplete data
  • Empathetic and curious, building for the team, not just for performance metrics
  • Highly collaborative across departments and with leadership
  • Detail-oriented but pragmatic: you know when polish matters and when to move
  • You own your work and welcome the accountability that comes with it
