German-speaking Customer Success Student Analyst

As our German-speaking Customer Success Student Analyst, you will help build the structure, insight, and coordination that enable Performativ to scale successfully across the DACH market. You will contribute to stronger platform adoption and value delivery while gaining direct experience at the center of a fast-growing fintech.

What You'll Do 📈

• Help strengthen Customer Success as a key driver of retention, adoption, and sustainable growth.
• Support a clear view of customer health by bringing together usage, sentiment, service stability, risks, and opportunities.
• Turn customer feedback into structured insights that help Product, Engineering, Customer Data Services, and Commercial make better decisions.
• Contribute to customer reviews that demonstrate value, highlight progress, and identify the actions needed for long-term success.
• Help create scalable ways of working that keep customer priorities, ownership, and follow-through visible as Performativ grows.
• Support German-speaking customers across the DACH market with clear, timely, and well-coordinated communication.
• Collaborate with our Commercial team, including the Senior Account Executive for DACH, to surface customer risks, growth signals, and reference-ready customers.
• Gain practical experience in how enterprise Customer Success contributes to product adoption, customer confidence, and business growth.

What We're Looking For 🎯

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Curious about fintech, wealth management, enterprise software, or customer strategy.
• Comfortable collaborating across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to take ownership.
• Excited to grow in a fast-paced fintech where you'll take ownership from day one.
