Procurement Intern (12-month Internship)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience navigating the day-to-day operations of a modern corporate company. You will assist with essential administrative workflows, vendor onboarding, and purchase order (PO) management, working closely with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build a solid foundation in digital procurement systems, contract administration, and corporate asset management.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Procurement Intern, you will directly support our operational efficiency by managing the following key tasks:

• Documentation & Systems Management: Administer the signature workflow for supplier contracts via DocuSign and manage documentation compliance.
• Procure-to-Pay Support: Route Purchase Orders (POs), approve POs within our ERP platform, and handle receipting for specific departments.
• Vendor Onboarding: Act as a key point of contact to collect, verify, and onboard new vendor requests into our systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Open and track support tickets with the Legal department for contractual reviews and discussions.
• Data Analysis: Leverage modern data and AI platforms to streamline procurement data analysis, optimize initial vendor assessment profiles, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

You Have & You Know-How

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Tech Savvy: Google Workspace (Google Sheets). Familiarity with data tools like Google Looker Studio is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, invoice review, and record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Drive to Learn: A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn digital procurement systems (like Payflows and DocuSign) and corporate financial workflows.
• Curiosity and comfort using generative AI/automation tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, or basic script automation) to solve operational problems.

Your First 30-Days At Feedzai

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
