We are looking for you to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team for the 2026/2027 winter season!
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Les Saisons:
- Serving food and drinks and replenishing the food and drinks buffet
- Participation in weekly training courses
- Working according to Kempinski standards
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Bread, butter and water service
- Food running from the kitchen pass to the various outlets
- Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening
- Daily mise en place work and buffet service
- Cleaning work in the restaurant and office
Room Service:
- Taking orders in German and English
- Preparing orders and providing in-room service
- Loading trolleys with orders
- Conducting sales conversations – upselling
- Organising and distributing treatments
- Various cashier duties (Micros System)
- Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
- Distributing treatments
- Setting up treatments
- Adherence to the hotel’s internal standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- An organised and precise way of working
- Ideally, you have already completed an internship in the Food & Beverage sector
- You are motivated to learn new things and create unforgettable guest moments
- Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
- Good German and English skills are required, another foreign language, such as Mandarin, is an advantage
