Talent Acquisition Intern

At adesso Spain, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR Iberia team in Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès).

What You’ll Do:

As part of our HR team, you'll play an active role in attracting and hiring top talent while gaining exposure to different HR processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and support candidate selection.
• Coordinate interviews, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Prepare candidate profiles and interview reports.
• Maintain and update our candidate database.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team on talent acquisition and people-related projects.
• Provide support with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Able to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people development.
