Job Responsibilities

The Transport & Logistics Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competences, and acquire practical experience through the following responsibilities:

Transport Support

  • Coordinate and oversee comprehensive logistics operations: air, road, and sea freight shipments and deliveries.
  • Proactively monitor and report on the status of all shipments, including pick-ups, deliveries, and in-transit movements.
  • Verify and manage delivery timelines, promptly addressing and resolving any operational incidents or delays.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain and update logistics databases, generating accurate and insightful logistics reports.
  • Collaborate in the meticulous review and systematic archiving of all transportation documentation.

Profile

SKILLS Enthusiastic, proactive and team player. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Customer Service Orientation – Problem Solving Adaptability & Learning Agility PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES: Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. LANGUAGES: English and Spanish (Fluent C1-C2) IT TOOLS: ffice 365 (Excel proficiency level), Valuable experience or knowledge of SAP (MM/SD or WM modules). EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in Supply Chain is a plus. IMPORTANT: Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
