We're rebuilding the Quinyx website, and we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented person to help us get every page right, across every language. This is careful, focused work, and it's a great way to gain valuable experience in marketing. If this sounds like something for you, keep reading!

🎯 About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support a major website migration over roughly two months. The core of this entry level position is moving existing website content onto new page templates, accurately and consistently, across multiple language versions of the site. This is work that rewards precision and diligence so bring your extra pair of reading glasses.

While on the job, you'll gain hands-on experience with how a digital marketing team operates day-to-day and how website backend systems work. If it aligns with your interests, you may also get the chance to contribute by joining team workshops and broader marketing meetings. You'll be based with our team in central Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.

📚 What you'll learn

• How a modern website is structured and managed behind the scenes.
• How to ensure accuracy and consistency in your work.
• How a digital marketing team plans and runs its work day-to-day.
• The practical side of working in a CMS, such as HubSpot, across multiple markets.

📝 What you'll do

• Migrate website content from existing pages onto new page templates.
• Work across multiple language versions of the site.
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team in Stockholm.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with independent, focused work.
• Able to manage your own output.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Based in Stockholm, or able to work from our Stockholm office.
• No specific educational background or current student status required.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or any CMS.
• Interest in digital marketing, websites, and marketing operations.
• Additional language skills are a plus, such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, or Finnish.

🎁 What we offer

• A paid, fixed-term role of around 2 months, starting as soon as possible.
• 15,000-20,000 SEK/month depending on your level of experience.
• Our Stockholm office, with hybrid flexibility.
