💼 Purpose

As a Social Media & Digital Content Intern at Medline Europe, you will support our EMEA Communications team in strengthening our online presence. You’ll help develop engaging, informative, and strategic content that connects with healthcare professionals and partners across Europe EMEA.

This internship offers hands-on experience in digital communications within a fast-growing international healthcare company, giving you insight into how social media supports brand awareness and business goals in a B2B environment.

🤝 How can you help us?

• Research where healthcare professionals and medical decision-makers are most active online (platforms, publications, communities).
• Analyse which types of content resonate most with healthcare audiences and identify opportunities for Medline to engage.
• Support in drafting, planning, and publishing organic social media posts on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Assist with content creation: capturing photos or short videos at events, in the office, and during employee activities.
• Record and edit video clips for social media, using tools such as Lumen5 or similar video-making platforms.
• Learn how to monitor engagement and help prepare performance reports.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and posts.

🎯 Are you a match?

• Currently enrolled in a BA or MA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Passionate about social media and digital storytelling.
• Experience in photography or content creation is a plus.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months' internship, starting in September 2026
