ISH is a paid community for women building careers and businesses: we run retreats, live workshops, online masterclasses, and a (NEW!) members app launching this year.

Content is how we show up in the world and bring new people in, and we need someone to help us make it consistently good.

You’ll work directly with us on everything that gets posted: Reels, carousels, Stories, Tik Toks.

The direction and briefs come from us. You handle the execution and make sure it goes live looking right.
